BR-CL rules: the code lists an EN 16931 invoice must use
The BR-CL family does one thing: it checks that a coded value was taken from the list the standard names for that field. Every rule in the family is a single sentence naming a field and a list, and none of them names a business term, so there is nothing rule-specific to say beyond the list itself. They are collected here, each under its own heading, because the useful view is the set. It shows which lists an invoice has to satisfy and which fields share one. Two pairs are worth noting: BR-CL-14 and BR-CL-15 carry the same statement about country codes, and BR-CL-17 and BR-CL-18 carry the same statement about tax categories, so a rejection quoting either code of a pair means the same thing.
