BR-62 to BR-65: scheme identifiers on addresses and item identifiers

Four rules with one shape. An identifier on its own is ambiguous, so the catalogue requires a scheme identifier alongside the Seller electronic address (BT-34), the Buyer electronic address (BT-49), the Item standard identifier (BT-157) and the Item classification identifier (BT-158). The value itself is not checked here. Which list the scheme identifier must come from is checked by the code list rules.
