BR-27 and BR-28: item prices shall not be negative
Two rules with the same constraint on the two price fields. The Item net price (BT-146) and the Item gross price (BT-148) shall not be negative. Both constrain the price rather than the line amount, so nothing here stops a line amount from being negative.
