An Invoice shall have an Invoice issue date (BT-2).

Why it fires
The issue date fixes the point in time the invoice takes effect, which determines the VAT period it belongs to and when payment terms start running.
How to fix
Set the issue date. In CII it is ExchangedDocument/IssueDateTime with format code 102 (YYYYMMDD); in UBL it is cbc:IssueDate in YYYY-MM-DD form.
